General Terms of Business I
For all deliveries exclusively my delivery and payment terms apply. Divergent regulations by the ordering party require my approval.
Warranty
The manufacturer of the mill work grants a warranty of 20 years.
Deficiencies
Obvious defects have to be reported immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.
Right of Return and Cancellation
For a period of 14 days after receipt of the merchandise (based on the date the invoice is issued), you have the right to return the goods. Then you will be repaid the invoice amount or I will send you a model in exchange according to your wishes or I will issue a credit note on your behalf.
The right to return does not apply in case the merchandise was used already or in the case of special models. Furthermore you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice. I will repay you the amount transferred after I will have received both your cancellation as well as the merchandise. According to law, you are charged the expenses for the return of the goods in the case of orders up to a order volume of 40.00 EURO.
For reasons of fairness, please understand that I have to ask you to provide your return parcel with sufficient postage.
Prices
Upon publishing a new price list, all former prices are null and void. I do not accept any liability for misprints with regard to the prices indicated. The prices listed include the legal VAT rate for deliveries within Germany. The merchandise remains my property until it is fully paid.
Transport costs
Germany:
For orders below a value of 148 Euro I charge a flat rate of 8 Euro for packing, postage and transport insurance. Orders exceeding a volume of 148 Euro are delivered free of transport costs.
Foreign Countries Within The EEC:
For orders below a value of 260 Euro I charge a flat rate of 16 Euro for packing, postage and transport insurance.
Countries Outside the EEC:
The definite costs for transport will be charged.
